What's the role?
Kick-start your career within Marketing and Sales IT by gaining hands-on experience on technologies including
Salesforce, AWS, Genesys and more as a Business Analyst (BA), Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) or Software Engineer (SE).
In our department we work with customer experience, sales, digital marketing, digital assets, and pricing.
Join our international agile teams that work closely with our business counterparts to deliver impactful marketing
content and enable our sales teams to help our customers realise the full potential of our Hilti products on job sites.
Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for at least 3 months

What does the role involve?
Intern with us and be part of shaping customer experiences at Hilti. You’ll work closely with our experts to develop
Hilti software and products to the next level.
As a Business Analyst you will build a strong understanding of our business processes, gather requirements, write user
stories and configure new features. Think from both technical and business perspectives and bring both worlds together
to implement the ideal solution.
As a Quality Assurance you will define the test strategy and test cases, prepare test data, build automation
testing/conduct manual testing to assess the product quality and stability.
As a Software Engineer you will contribute to your scrum team where you will develop, administrate, maintain, and
continuously evolve our products through CI/CD pipeline.

What you need is:
- Enrollment for the whole internship period in a Bachelor/Master’s or PhD program in technical or engineering fields
- You are in your last year of studies with graduation planned in 2024.
- You are proactive and curious, with good problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality
- You have strong communication skills and interpersonals skills and you are fluent in English
- You are interested in bridging IT with Business, having a customer-first mentality and working in an international
environment
