    Job Description Summary

    The Parts Project Manager is responsible for coordinating operational improvements and related projects for Global
    Parts Operations. The Parts Project Manager will work very closely with Parts leadership (Fulfillment, Materials
    Management and Distribution) to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the ITR (Inquiry to Remittance) processes.

    Job Description

    Essential Responsibilities:

    - Direct the Advance Release process for Gas Power Services. This includes:

    - Schedule the weekly calls with the commercial teams
    - Ensure action items are captured and follow up on open items
    - Provide analytics on Advance Release process effectiveness
    - Proactively engage Material management teams to ensure that all the relevant information is available to the
    commercial teams to allow decisions to be made during the Advance Release board meeting

    - Lead the initiative to revamp the Advance Release process for Gas Power Services
    - Ensure that all relevant documentation about Global Parts process is kept up to date and close any gaps as necessary
    - Coordinate the Monthly Operating Review for Parts, including deep dives on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost.
    - About 50% of available time will be spent on ad-hoc projects specifically targeting the improvement of On time
    Delivery to customers.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University or similar studies or relevant experience
    - Deep Parts domain knowledge with strong experience in Parts Order Management or Parts Material Management
    - Demonstrated project management skills
    - Experience in working with and leading global and diverse teams
    - Fluent English

    - Familiarity with the Energy industry / Power Gen fundamentals
    - APICS certification
