The IT department is part of the Central Services that supports the market-oriented divisions of Comet Group. It is
responsible for the operation, maintenance and further development of Comet IT Services, the network and the
infrastructure.
To complement our IT team, we are looking for a goal- and team-oriented professional for our location in Flamatt to
join our Business Applications team in Central Services as Business Analyst SAP SF / HCM 100% (m/f/d)
What will you do?
- Further development of IT HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM in cooperation with the business unit
- Responsibility for release and problem management of the corresponding systems
- Conception, development and implementation of processes and tools in the context of the entire HR process chain
- Act as an interface between the HR department and external partners
- Ensuring stable operation and further development of HR implications and interfaces, including incident and problem
management, 2nd/3rd level support and documentation
- Creation of process documentation and test plans as well as testing of implemented changes or new developments
Who are we looking for?
- Basic education in computer science or relevant practical experience in dealing with IT systems
- Very good technical knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM (incl. SAP Fiori) and the interaction
of these systems
- Very good communication skills in German and English
