PLANNING SUPERVISOR 100% M/F/D
Responsibilities:
Disciplinary and operational management of the planning teams at the sites Balsthal and Hägendorf
Recruitment of new employees and further development of the existing planning teams
Ensuring compliance with planning-relevant key figures (including revenue, delivery reliability, inventory stock, MPSA, ATS, WIP, ...)
Regular reviews of relevant master data for planning (including safety stock, lead times, ...)
Creation of forecasts regarding the achievement of economic targets
Weekly coordination with our customer to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Monthly coordination with internal value streams to ensure consistent capacity levels
Managing the launch of new products
Requirements:
Technical background (Bachelor/Master in Engineering, Technician HF or equivalent)
At least 3 years of professional experience in production planning
Fluent in German and English
Very good MS-Office and ERP skills (SAP is an advantage)
High social skills and ability to work under stress
Structured and independent way of working
APICS certification is an advantage
