This appeals to you
- Manage and implement new as well as life cycle projects autonomously in the area of technical service processes
- Work with business and process owners to create and develop standardised business processes
- Execute change requests in multidisciplinary project teams (IT, PIM, Logistics, etc.)
- Be part of multicultural and agile team improving technical service processes for various hardware products
- Work on sustainable process solutions with the stakeholders and actors
- Agree on the timeline of the implementation with the stakeholders and the actors and coordinate with IT to ensure
that projects are running on time
- Liaise with the SAP training center in Barcelona to ensure that the organisation is prepared for the implementation
of new business processes and improvements
- Support the organization according to SLA level
Present project status on a regular basis and on demand
- Support SAP rollouts together with IT for new and existing Hexagon organisation
- Measure the process and pro-actively look for optimisation potential
This is you
- Hold a bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, process management or other related fields
- Experience in modelling business processes
- Experience in Technical Service environment
- Good Knowledge of SAP in general (SAP CS module preferably, however it is not a must)
- Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Business and Customer-/ Service-oriented thinking
- “Make it happen” mindset and keen on monitoring the results
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Availability to travel (10 – 20 %)
- Ability to work independently across a variety of cultures
- Very good spoken and written English is a must. German is wished, other languages are welcome
