    To strengthen our Controlling team at our headquarters in Winterthur we are currently looking to hire a

    Controller (100%)

    In this role you act as a finance business partner to our Rotating Equipment Services Division.

    Your job:

    - Actively support month-end closing activities including proper analysis considering actuals vs. Budget & Forecast
    with a particular focus on OPEX controlling
    - Support and train legal entities worldwide for reporting and consolidation system matters
    - Performs HQ Cost Centers controlling activities (Central costs, IT Costs and R&D)
    - Support in actuals/forecast analysis, develop and maintain the overall reporting framework
    - Contribute to the development of ERP system and ensure compliance with global policies
    - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial information to internal and external stakeholders in order to
    enable business decisions
    - Contribute to the resolution of complex issues on country level, supply critical information
    - Create and monitor governance procedure to maintain a core set of management reports (e.g. DoA, control matrix etc.)
    - Responsible for the finance management reporting, ensure that the reporting packages provide the relevant
    information and meet the needs of the business
    - Contribute in defining the financial goals and constraints for planning initiatives, provide guidance to the
    Business Groups
    - Identify and manage continuous improvement initiatives for the controlling function

    Your profile:

    - Educated to degree level (Bachelor, Master) in Accounting or Finance
    - 3-5 years of professional experience in Controlling
    - Excellent understanding of consolidation tools and processes as well as integrated ERP
    - Proficient in MS Office, especially strong command of Excel, knowledge of SAP would be an asset
    - Effective communication skills
    - Ability to establish and maintain relationships
    - High degree of independence, resilience and pragmatism
    - Excellent problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    - Fluency in English, any additional language considered a plus
