    Role Summary

    This role is an integral part of both the global Robotics Division as well as a key contributor to the overall
    Cluster’s success. The successful candidate will drive profitable growth initiatives across multiple market segments
    facing business lines while fostering a customer focused, continuous quality improvement culture within the Cluster
    division.

    The successful candidate will lead the Robotics EE Custer (Poland, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia & Baltics)
    including the direct management of the Industries Business Line. This position will also have a fiduciary
    responsibility, being part of the board of directors for multiple entities in the cluster and providing guidance and
    oversight for business lies in the Cluster—Automotive Business Line and Robotics Customer Service which have P&L
    responsibility for their segments. This position works closely with all the BL Leaders to ensure profitable growth in
    the Cluster.

    Position Responsibilities

    - Ensures the development of performance targets in line with global targets and proactive to the Cluster market.
    - Driving clear growth programs organizationally aligned to the business lines.
    - Build and enhance long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers in the region.
    - Ensure, with the support of HR, that the Cluster teams are sustainably assessed, staffed, trained and developed in
    line with business needs.
    - Evaluates market opportunities and decides appropriate activities in line with the global strategy.
    - Develops and implements the Cluster strategy and ensures proper business line alignment with the global strategy.
    - Ensuring the integrated commercial success of the organization to drive business growth and market share, enabling
    the organization to achieve its short, mid, and long-term performance and growth objectives within the assigned
    geographical scope.
    - Participate in forum with other senior business area representatives and global division teams on a variety of
    topics including environment, health, and safety initiatives, workplace practices, and other related license to operate
    issues.
    - Driving appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization and capital efficiency with special focus areas such
    as profitability, costing/hourly rates, over/under-absorption analysis, demand analysis (customer/account, channels,
    industry), go-to-market, cost-to-serve, channel profitability and ROI, investment in SG&A resources and sales
    efficiency.

    Your background

    - At least bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or equivalent.
    - Minimum 15 years of experience in a technical or process leadership role.
    - Minimum 10 years managing full cycle business in the automation industry.
    - Minimum 10 years of experience managing in a matrix environment, including global organizations.
    - Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
    - Ability to travel, including globally as needed.
    - Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
