Your tasks
- Organize visits for customers, partners and guests, including agendas, meetings, hospitality and logistics.
- Support corporate events, customer events and open houses, from planning to on-site coordination and follow-up.
- Coordinate trade shows, working with suppliers and the Marketing and Sales teams.
- Ensure clear communication and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of customer-facing activities, collect feedback and contribute to the continuous
improvement of customer experience and event processes.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in event coordination, customer experience, hospitality or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive, collaborative and customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and attention
to detail.
- Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus.
