Your tasks
- Strategic HR business partnering: act as trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, translating business needs into
efficient HR system solutions.
- SAP HR functional ownership: lead SAP HR modules (payroll, time management, organizational management, personnel
administration), ensuring system stability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Integration & satellite systems management: oversee HR satellite systems and interfaces, coordinating with IT and
vendors to ensure seamless data flows.
- Project & change management: lead and contribute to HR IT projects, managing cross-functional teams, communication,
training, and documentation.
- Process optimization & data quality: drive continuous improvement of HR processes, efficiency, data accuracy, and
user experience.
- Governance & vendor management: manage external providers, monitor SLAs, support budgeting, and contribute to HR
systems roadmap and technology decisions.
Your profile
- Strong SAP HR expertise: solid experience with SAP HR, especially organizational management, master data, Swiss
payroll and time management.
- HR systems & integration experience: proven experience managing system integrations and hybrid IT landscapes.
- Functional & technical capability: ability to write functional specifications, validate technical designs, and
ensure data quality and compliance.
- Strong HR process knowledge: deep understanding of HR business processes and operational realities.
- Consulting & analytical mindset: ability to translate business needs into solutions and proactively drive
improvements.
- Project & change experience: experience contributing to HR IT, transformation and change management projects.
- Stakeholder & vendor management: excellent communication skills and ability to manage internal and external partners.
- International & complex environments: proven experience working in cross-functional, multinational contexts.
- Delivery-oriented team player: resilient, motivated by challenges, and passionate about building robust HCM systems.
- Education & experience: bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience in HR IT, HR systems, or
SAP HR consulting.
