Your tasks
Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of our laser texturing and cutting machines
Implementation of retrofits, upgrades, and machine conversions
Identification of optimization potential in close cooperation with Development and 2nd Level Support
Professional handling, analysis, and documentation of service cases
Contribution to the creation, review, and improvement of technical documentation and process descriptions
Occasional support with trade fair setup and dismantling
Strict adherence to all relevant Advanced Manufacturing safety standards, including particle emissions, laser
radiation, contamination control, gas handling, and explosion prevention
Support in additional functional roles depending on expertise and business needs (e.g., internal trainer, quality
initiatives, special technical projects – approx. 10% of working time)
Your profile
Successfully completed technical vocational training, ideally with further qualification as a certified technician
Proven experience as a Service Technician in the field of laser machines or comparable high-tech equipment
Strong customer focus with a structured and independent working style
High willingness to travel (up to 90%, within Europe and Switzerland)
Solid MS Office knowledge, strong PC skills in both hardware and software environments
Languages: English (mandatory) AND fluent German or French
Strong commitment to delivering outstanding service
Reliable and responsible team player
Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Independent, structured, solution- and goal-oriented approach to work
