Stellenziel Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische und operative Steuerung der Bereiche Einkauf, Produktionsplanung
und Logistik, einschließlich Wareneingang, Warenausgang und innerbetrieblichem Transport am Standort. Entwicklung und
Implementierung effiziente Prozesse zur Sicherstellung von Kostenoptimierung, Lieferperformance und hoher
Kundenzufriedenheit im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen.
Führungsaufgaben
- Führung und Motivation der Teams in Einkauf, Produktionsplanung, Logistik, Stammdaten und Artwork &
Zylindermanagement.
- Sicherstellung einer effizienten Organisationsstruktur und klarer Verantwortlichkeiten.
- Förderung von Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Talentmanagement und Change-Management-Prozessen.
- Strategische Ausrichtung und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten standortspezifischen Supply-Chain-Prozesse im Einklang
mit den Unternehmenszielen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der anderen Geschäftsleitungsbereiche, der Business Unit, der Business Group und weiteren
zentralen Unternehmensbereichen und -funktionen.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und interner Compliance-Richtlinien in Einkauf und Logistik.
Hauptaufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Materialverfügbarkeit und Produktionsplanung zur Sicherstellung termingerechter Lieferungen.
- Überwachung von Produktionsplänen unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten und Ressourcen
- Analyse und Prognose von Materialbedarfen zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Produktionsversorgung.
- Steuerung und Optimierung der Einkaufsprozesse, inklusive Lieferantenmanagement und Kostenkontrolle.
- Entwicklung und Pflege von Lieferantenstrategien zur Sicherstellung von Qualität, Kosten und Liefertreue.
- Risikomanagement für Lieferketten, inklusive Notfallplänen und Absicherung kritischer Materialien.
- Überwachung und Verbesserung der Logistikprozesse (Wareneingang, Warenausgang, innerbetrieblicher Transport).
- Implementierung und Überwachung von Kennzahlen (KPIs) zur Leistungsüberwachung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
- Budgetplanung und Kostenoptimierung in allen verantworteten Bereichen.

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten in der Supply Chain.
- Einführung und Unterstützung von nachhaltigen Beschaffungs- und Logistikstrategien (z. B. CO2-Reduktion,
Kreislaufwirtschaft).
- Optimierung der Lagerbestände und Reduzierung von Überbeständen
- Durchführung von Kostenanalysen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Kostensenkung.
Sonderaufgaben
- Stellvertretung des Plant General Managers
- Leitung von bereichsübergreifenden Projekten zur Effizienzsteigerung und Prozessharmonisierung.
- Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber strategischen Partnern und in relevanten Netzwerken.
