Our global execution team seeks a collaborative team player with a flexible and positive mindset. This role reports
directly to the Vice President and involves international responsibilities.
Team Lead EI&C (Electrical, Instrumentation and Control) 100% (f/m/d)
Your daily contribution:
- Functional (Matrix) and personnel Leadership and close collaboration with the Teams Leaders of EI&C / Heads of
Contracting in the BCx & the GSC (6 direct reports, overall approx. 50 employees)
- Defines, handles, and implements strategies, processes and tools in accordance to group and divisional strategies
- Develops and enhances the worldwide collaboration with the Global Support Center in India
- Handles the global competence / knowledge / capacity management within the EI&C discipline, supported by the
regional teams and other Global CO functions
- Responsible for the on-time delivery and quality of deliverables for special projects
- Cost management and compliance to allocated budgets (cost account / special projects)
- Continuously monitor and optimize engineering KPIs in close collaboration with global function PMO
- Supports Sales and Application Engineering during the offer phase for EI&C related topics
- Assistance in evaluation of potential new suppliers together with Supply Chain Management and quality department
- Conducting regular EI&C events
Your Profile:
- Master or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or similar education
- At least 10 years international experience in similar business (goods with capital investment)
- Proven record of managing international engineering teams
- Leadership experience in Matrix-Functions
- Fluency in English and German
