    implementation activities.

    - Support new product introductions and industrialization projects while delivering sustainable solutions to critical
    process challenges.

    - Act as the global expert for material-related manufacturing issues and complex chemical process challenges.

    - Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, sustainability, and cost efficiency
while fostering knowledge sharing across the organization.

What do we expect from you?

    You:

alternatively a Master's degree combined with extensive industrial experience.

    - Bring at least 10 years of experience in industrial chemistry within a manufacturing environment.

    - Have hands-on experience with polymers, adhesives, potting materials, surface treatments and chemical analytical
    methods.

    - Understand regulatory requirements related to hygienic, toxicological or drinking-water applications.

    - Have successfully transferred chemical technologies from development into industrial production.

    - Are comfortable leading technical projects and influencing stakeholders across functions and sites.
