Where High Potential Becomes Real Leadership

We’re looking for high-performing, multilingual post-graduates, eager to become Hilti’s next generation of leaders in
our global logistics organization. Hilti’s Outperformer Program is a one-of-a-kind global management development
traineeship. From day one, you will be immersed in core logistics topics such as demand planning, transport tendering
and warehouse operations. You get real responsibility and the chance to make a significant impact. Your curiosity and
problem-solving abilities will play a key role in achieving our company's purpose of Making Construction Better.

    What You'll do

This program is designed to prepare you for a rewarding international supply chain leadership career. In this
fast-tracked, 2 years program, you’ll be placed at the heart of our customer-focused business model, providing you with
a first-hand experience in our core logistics functions from day one where you get to engage with senior management and
have a dedicated mentor to guide you.

Within the program, you rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business and
further develop your skills in different areas supporting your personal development. The program is split into four
    main stages:

    - 4-6 months in materials management: dive into the heart of our supply and demand planning, manage the forecasting of
a product line and experience the pulse of our business from day one.
    - 2 months in global logistics at HQs: we will provide you with an introduction to projects in Global Logistics at our
Headquarters in Liechtenstein. Get a global perspective of our Global Logistics-2030 strategy as you tackle real-world
challenges and build a strong network in the global logistics teams.
    - 4-6 months in warehouse operations: from transport management and working in a warehouse, including a first team
lead experience. Get a real understanding of operations and leading operational team members in our state-of-the-art
    warehouses.
    - 4-6 months in transport management: get a deep understanding of transport management, from orchestrating
replenishment and last mile deliveries to managing our transport providers and engage yourself in tender negotiations.
    - 4 months in strategic logistics projects: apply your newfound knowledge to a high-impact strategic project, driving
innovation and making a tangible difference, either in your home region or in another country.

    What You’ll Bring

    - (Soon to be) completed master’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or similar field.
    - Multilingual – fluent in English and at least one other language, with international experience from work or studies
    abroad.
    - Internationally mobile, a global mindset, keen on diverse cultural experiences and opportunities to work abroad.
    - A flexible team player, curious, dedicated, with strong communication skills and the ability to inspire others.
    - Performance driven personality with a strong orientation to improve customer experience.
    - Enthusiastic about driving logistics forward with an entrepreneurial mindset.

    What’s In It for You

Show us what you can do, and in return, we promise you the experience of a lifetime. We offer you a transformative
journey filled with learning, growth, and invaluable experiences that will shape your perspective and personal and
professional development. On top of that, you’ll also take part in some fascinating courses and events:

    - Introductory Global Summit: Experience 4 days at our global headquarters in Liechtenstein, featuring the presence of
our Executive Board and Global Senior Leadership. The summit offers a comprehensive overview of our business, while
fostering soft skill development and meaningful collaboration with fellow program participants.

    - Social Project Summit: 7 days dedicated to building a better future, with contribution to a hands-on, high-impact
community project. This experience offers the chance to immerse yourself in a different culture while actively
improving living conditions for those in need.

    - Leadership Summit: An enriching learning journey in partnership with a renowned business school, featuring online
modules and collaborative projects with fellow program participants. The experience concludes with a 5-day on-campus
summit to deepen insights and to foster business and leadership skills.

After the program, you are prepared to take immediate responsibility and join one of our logistics, procurement, or
    operations teams around the globe.
