See Beyond Today. Protect What Matters Tomorrow.

As Head of Risk Management, you will serve as a trusted business partner responsible for developing, implementing, and
maintaining a comprehensive risk management framework that supports the company’s strategic objectives. In this role,
you will collaborate closely with cross functional teams and key stakeholders to establish robust risk management
processes, oversee and enhance the effectiveness of mitigation measures, and drive continuous improvement across the
    organization.

This full-time position is available starting September 2026, based at Hilti Headquarters in Schaan, Liechtenstein,
and does not involve any frequent business travels.

    What You'll do

As Head of Risk Management, you play a strategic role in shaping and driving Hilti’s global risk agenda. Reporting to
the Head of Internal Audit & Risk Management, you work in close partnership with senior leaders and cross functional
teams to embed risk thinking into key decisions, strengthen governance, and ensure our risk framework supports long
    term business priorities.
You lead the development and continuous improvement of enterprise wide risk processes, oversee the effectiveness of
mitigation measures, and ensure transparent, high quality reporting.
As part of your role, you ensure that insurable risks are appropriately covered by external insurers globally, where
suitable coverage is available at a reasonable premium.
You act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping the organization navigate an increasingly complex
environment. By monitoring industry trends, emerging risks, and best practices, you ensure our risk management system
remains current, effective, and forward looking.
You foster a proactive, collaborative risk culture that empowers teams to anticipate challenges, identify
opportunities, and contribute to a resilient and future ready organization.

As Head of Risk Management, you will join a vibrant, fast-paced environment with a diverse and performance-driven
team, exciting projects and responsibilities: top management exposure like nowhere else and the opportunity to get a
unique perspective into the organization’s inner workings.

    What You’ll Bring

    - Master’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration or a related field. Professional certifications
such as CRM or FRM, along with strong knowledge of COSO ERM, ISO 31000 and global risk governance principles, are
    considered a strong advantage.
    - Extensive experience in risk management, ideally within a multinational environment, demonstrating the ability to
lead and influence across complex matrix organizations.
    - Proven track record in aligning risk management with strategic business priorities, contributing to informed and
effective decision making. Proficiency in risk analytics; experience with GRC tools is a plus.
    - Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage credibly at
all levels of the organization. Ability to shape and drive a risk aware culture, enabling global teams to adopt
    consistent, forward looking practices.
    - Proficient in written and verbal English; additional languages are an asset.

to be just how you would want it. Some of our benefits include:

    - Connection with a diverse community of over 2,100 colleagues from 70 nationalities in a region where Liechtenstein,
    Austria, and Switzerland intersect.
