Precision Built. Performance Proven
This role leads the strategic transformation of our global manufacturing network — shaping footprint strategy, driving
operational excellence, and steering high‐impact initiatives that strengthen competitiveness and resilience across
ET&A. You will influence the global agenda, collaborate closely with executive leadership, and own programs where
strategy, operations, and innovation converge.
This full‐time position is available from February 1, 2026. Required travel is up to 20%.

Manufacturing ET&A, you’ll align priorities, translate strategy into action, and influence senior stakeholders across
functions and regions.
You will collaborate with Smart Manufacturing and GM F&P teams to shape the future of manufacturing systems,
accelerate digital and lean maturity, and embed modern production system standards globally. Your work will create
measurable business value by improving efficiency, enabling growth, and strengthening our manufacturing footprint for
future challenges.
What You’ll Bring

consulting background is a strong plus.

complex topics.
- Proven capability in driving strategic transformations, operational excellence initiatives, and organizational
change at scale.

to be just how you would want it. Some of our benefits include:
