In this role, you will serve as a Strategic Project Manager, overseeing IT initiatives within a post-merger
integration between Hilti and 4PS. You will collaborate with an international and cross-functional team across several
locations to deliver key systems projects. Your hands-on project management expertise will be crucial in serving a
diverse scope of stakeholders, enabling business operations, and empowering team members to achieve their productivity
targets, all in a very dynamic setting.
What You'll do
As Strategic IT Project Manager for 4PS, you build and drive the strategic IT roadmap for 4PS in full alignment with
4PS, Hilti IT and Hilti BU leadership.
You own all stages of systems project delivery, from gathering and prioritizing requirements to project planning,
execution, integration, change management and results tracking. You ensure project milestones are being met within
agreed scope, budget and timeline, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Serving as a bridge between Hilti IT and 4PS IT teams, you enable effective cooperation among a diverse array of
stakeholders and cross-functional teams, internal and external. By providing effective way of working and full
transparency on project progress for all involved parties, you minimize unexpected issues and foster a smooth project
execution environment.
While the role is based in Schaan, Liechtenstein, up to 50% of your time is spent at key stakeholder sites located
mainly in Netherlands and Great Britain.
What You’ll Bring
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum ten (10) years of professional experience leading complex IT systems and integration projects, with at least
five (5) years in a strategic project or program management role in a global organizational setting.
- Strong technical understanding of IT architectures, integration platforms, and enterprise systems
- Exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the construction industry, SaaS business, agile software product development, digital transformation,
and large-scale IT change initiatives is an advantage.
