Right Supplier. Right Value
Step into a key leadership role as Team Lead Project Procurement and guide a dedicated team of project procurement
managers within Hilti’s Installation Systems Business Unit. You will shape and execute the BU’s project procurement
roadmap, ensuring competitive cost structures, strong supply performance, and timely delivery of critical projects.
Your focus will be developing your team’s capabilities, driving sourcing excellence, and building strategic supplier
partnerships that enable innovation, flexibility, and long‐term supply resilience. You’ll be the strategic voice of
supply in one of Hilti’s most innovative BUs, shaping decisions that influence global product launches.
Make a direct impact on our engineered MEP (Mechanical, Electricity and Piping) solutions and the future of our supply
network. The products that you source are used in biggest construction projects around the globe (data centres,
hospitals, plants, airports, etc). If you are looking for an opportunity to redefine and shape procurement in a rapidly
growing global business, this is it!
What You'll do
Team Leadership

management.
- Develop talent, build competencies, and maintain a strong succession pipeline within the project procurement
organization.
Project Procurement Excellence
- Define, implement, and continuously improve global processes and methodologies for new product development and
launch from a supply/procurement perspective.
- Lead the supply workstream for a major new product introduction, overseeing supplier selection, early supplier
involvement, IP-related topics, and structured project execution while driving strategic negotiations to secure
competitive costs and resilient supply.
- Ensure strong supply chain performance for new products by optimizing cost/TCO, availability, quality, investment
needs, and capacity.
Strategic Supply Leadership
- Translate BU strategy for “Time To Market” projects into a robust supply strategy and roadmap.
- Build and strengthen key supplier relationships to enable productivity, innovation, and supply resilience.
- Be a key member of the BU procurement leadership team and help the team to build best-in-class procurement category
strategies.
- This role is a defined succession pathway toward senior procurement leadership, supported by targeted development
and exposure to global strategic topics.
What You’ll Bring
To help you succeed, we’ll provide you with everything you need so that we’re driving impact together from day one.
You’ll find a stable working environment, exceptional support, learning and development, and a great team around you.

- 10+ years total business experience, including 5+ years in sourcing or project procurement within a global,
industrial environment; experience as project manager or team lead is required.
- Broad understanding of sourcing, supply chain, cost and productivity management, and mechanical design/manufacturing
fundamentals, paired with a strong analytical approach to evaluating supply risks, cost breakdowns, and improvement
levers.

collaboration in a matrix organization.

capabilities in a global, intercultural environment.
- Proven team leadership, talent development capability, and a growth‐oriented mindset suited for a future Head of
