    As a Simulation Engineer, you'll help drive the development of next-generation engineering solutions. By using
    advanced multi-physics simulations and virtual prototyping, you'll tackle complex engineering challenges, optimize
    designs and enable better decisions long before physical prototypes are built.

    - University degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related
    field
    - Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in numerical simulation (FEA, multi-physics, or related areas)
    - Solid understanding of physics and numerical methods
    - Experience in mechanical design and productisation is an advantage
    - Experience with or an affinity for process automation (e.g. Python scripting)
    - Knowledge of MSC Software tools, LS-DYNA and Siemens NX is beneficial
    - Strong communication skills with an interest in mutual learning and knowledge sharing
    - Passionate about simulation engineering and motivated by solving complex technical challenges
    - Fluent in English; German is nice to have
    - Hands-on, proactive, with a collaborative mindset while also being able to work independently
