    Your Tasks

    - Technical oversight of all composite structures development activities in support of certification, continued
    airworthiness, improvement and modification campaigns for new products, from requirements capture through certification
    and entry into service
    - Coordinate and lead the design, analysis and evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering judgement while
    ensuring compliance with company standards, procedures and overall product as well as program requirements
    - Liaise with all stakeholders involved in the development of complex and advanced composite structures for new
    aircraft programs, from design through manufacturing and certification, including tooling, maintainability as well as
    material and process specialists
    - Report project progress, including planning, budget status and risk assessments, to senior management
    - Monitor technology advances and lead implementation studies for component and process improvements
    - Manage and coordinate internal and external suppliers

    With this you convince us

    - Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, combined with a minimum of
    10 years of experience in composite structures development and certification
    - Proven track record as a generalist composite structures engineer, combining strong analytical capabilities in
    design and structural analysis with hands-on leadership experience in development, testing, manufacturing technologies,
    certification, and implementation. This is considered a key requirement for the role
    - Extensive experience across the full development lifecycle of aerospace composite structures, from requirements
    definition and structural sizing through qualification testing, certification, and entry-into-service as well as
    industrialization support
    - Strong expertise in composites technology best practices (design for manufacturing), with a solid understanding of
    their integration across the aircraft development lifecycle
    - Sound knowledge of CS/FAR-23 and/or CS/FAR-25 certification requirements, including applicable AMC guidance material
    and recognized aerospace standards related to composite structures
    - Demonstrated leadership experience in multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams, combined with excellent
    communication skills and fluency in English and German (minimum B2 level)
