Your Tasks
- Ensure global Trade Compliance by adhering to export control regulations such as Swiss Goods Control Ordinance, EAR
and ITAR to enable legally compliant and timely deliveries worldwide
- Maintenance and further development of SAP GTS including management of related Trade Compliance processes
- Obtaining, managing and monitoring export licenses and end-user certificates across the supply chain
- Classification of goods, software and technologies in accordance with applicable Export Control regulations
- Execution of sanctioned party screenings as well as embargo and sanctions checks
- Providing Trade Compliance guidance internally and supporting projects, training and process improvements in the
organization
With this you convince us
- Completed commercial education with several years of professional experience in export, import, forwarding or Trade
Compliance
- Experience in an international industrial environment
- Solid knowledge of European and international export control regulations such as Swiss Goods Control Ordinance and
EU Dual Use regulations
- Knowledge of US Export Control regulations EAR or ITAR is an advantage
- Good user knowledge of MS Office, SAP ERP and SAP GTS
- Independent, analytical and results-oriented working style with strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
