    What you will do

    - Actively develops the assigned region in a business sense and ensures targets are achieved
    - Actively acquires new sales partners for ASD and other fire detection products
    - Motivates and stimulates existing sales partners to achieve continuous growth and support them in their day-to-day
    business
    - Search and develop new verticals for our Special Fire Detection products
    Demonstrates a high level of availability and willingness to travel (mainly Spain and Portugal)
    - Sets priorities and demonstrates an organised and reliable approach, even with a heavy workload
    - Displays a high level of individual responsibility and a keen cost awareness
    - Responsible for the assigned cost centre and complies with budget requirements
    - Ensures sales partners’ application and technical skills in cooperation with Customer Support
    - Responsible for annual communication of prices and discounts to partners
    - Organises customer trips and local trade fairs

    What we require

    - College/Bachelor/Master degree or technical education with further training in sales
    - Over 10 years of experience in a similar position in the Spanish Fire industry
    - Communicative and outgoing personality with very good presentation skills
    - Independent, self-motivated person with plenty of drive
    - Experienced with proven success in new customer acquisition
    - Expert knowledge of the ASD industry
    - Mothertogue Spanish with good level of proficiency in written and spoken English, other
    - foreign languages are an advantage
    - Home-based position with availability and willing to travel
