Are you looking for a role where your language skills actually drive global business? We are seeking a talented and
highly-motivated individual to serve in our Renewal Sales Representative team. You will join our international team in
Ra'anana, Israel for a 6 to 12-months maternity cover.
This is a unique chance to work in a truly global environment, using German and English as your primary tools of
communication.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing maintenance and subscription renewal quotations. This position will lead, with
partnership from Sales, the execution of the renewal process for our accounts.
- Manage the renewal sales cycle from opportunity through contract, execution
- Achieve and exceed quarterly on-time or early renewal targets
- Pro-actively identify “at-risk” renewal customers and build strategy to ensure a successful renewal
- Provide and track feedback for leadership to identify challenges in the renewal cycle
- Generate support renewal quotes
- Revise support quotes as needed
- Process support purchase orders
Qualifications & Skills:
- You are fluent in German and English. You feel comfortable using both in a business context
- You can quickly "plug in" to existing global workflows and hit the ground running.
- You enjoy working with diverse cultures and understand the dynamics of a global organization.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record at establishing and achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work with multiple interfaces, work both independently and as a part of a team
- Experience in sales or renewals - a must
