Fulfillment Lead
Your role and responsibilities
Join ABB and become a vital part of our supply chain, ensuring the seamless flow of materials from our global
suppliers to our production lines. In this critical role, you will be the central point of contact for purchasing and
fulfillment, where your planning and problem-solving skills will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality
products to our customers on time, every time.

You will be mainly responsible for

End-to-End Order Management: Manage the entire purchasing lifecycle within SAP, from creating and releasing purchase
orders to actively monitoring and expediting them to align with production schedules and customer delivery deadlines.

Supplier Performance & Partnership: Drive supplier excellence by monitoring key performance indicators such as on-time
delivery, quality, and lead times. You will conduct performance reviews and proactively resolve issues to strengthen
our supply chain partnerships.

Logistics Coordination & Problem Solving: Oversee the inbound logistics process, including freight and customs
clearance. You will be the go-to expert for handling urgent delivery situations and managing non-conformance reports to
ensure operational continuity.

Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve our fulfillment process by
analyzing order backlogs, identifying root causes for delays, and implementing effective recovery plans. You will
monitor and ensure the integrity of data exchanged through supplier EDI systems.
Qualifications for the role

A degree or diploma in a technical field, Process Management, or Supply Chain Management.

Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong, hands-on knowledge of SAP is essential for this role.

Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Italian.

A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.

Experience with order handling, inventory management, and data analysis would be a significant advantage.
