Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure
that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and
targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements,
deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.
This role is contributing to the Electrification Switzerland Critical Power/Project management in Switzerland.
The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:

Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control
activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.

Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.

Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.

Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in
accordance with the contract.

Qualifications for the role

5-10 years’ experience in Project Management in Critical Facility Environment (Data Center or equivalent) within the
electrical distribution field.

Knowledge of Data Center, utility, EPC Electrical Distribution Systems and local standards

Knowledge of UPS and Low Voltage Switchgear, including site works (installation, testing & commissioning and
integrated test)

Good knowledge of electrical distribution systems and standards

You are passionate about building relationships with a multi-diversified workforce and are an excellent team player.

Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent / Certification in Project Management (IMPA or similar) / Proven
experience of Project Management in Critical Facility

Language: Fluent in English and German
-
Willingness to Travel: 30-50% (responsible for projects in Switzerland & Austria)
