Get ready to be part of an exciting Talent Acquisition journey by supporting assigned business areas in recruiting

Contribute to defining, implementing, and continuously optimizing Talent Acquisition processes and procedures aligned
with Group guidance, policy and procedures.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers and
candidates

Be an integral part of our team and take full responsibility for the entire recruitment process including kick-offs
with hiring managers, candidate selection, communication, interviews and offer negotiations

Participating meaningfully in Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives

Recommending new practices, processes or policies to improve HR function
Qualifications for the role
-
Extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is essential

Ability to understand and empathize with different perspectives to build strong stakeholder relationships
-
High level of initiative, structured working methods and joined-up thinking
-
Demonstrated knowledge of interview methodologies and the swiss labour market
-
A solution-focused approach, effective written and spoken communication skills
-
A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related discipline
-
Fluency in English and German
