Could you be the full-time Production Overhead Controller (f/m/d) in Villeneuve we’re looking for?
Your Future Role
In Villeneuve, over 250 colleagues from 15 different countries work together to manufacture and maintain multiple
units, locomotives, trams, and passenger cars from Switzerland and other European countries. Our corporate functions
play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to Matilda LAMBERT
and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
We’ll look for you to :
- Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations;
- Follow and validate ERP production data;
- Monitor costs and variances;
- Reconcile hours and correct discrepancies;
- Support R&D, tenders, and reporting;
- Track Capex, WIP, and working capital
- Prepare forecasts and KPIs;
- Support audits and internal controls;
- Promote the Code of Ethics.
All About You

- Business degree
- 2–5 years’ experience in Finance;
- Background in Controlling, Audit, or FP&A;
- Basic knowledge of Accounting (IFRS 15 & 16);
- Strong analytical skills with ability to handle large datasets;
- Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented;
- Ability to deep dive into issues and resolve them end-to-end;
- Strong technical skills (Excel, SAP, Qlik);
- Team player with high integrity and sense of accountability;
- Resilient and able to work under pressure;
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
