Ihre Hauptaufgaben
- Sparringpartner für unsere Führungskräfte und Beratung dieser in anspruchsvollen Führungssituationen, Konflikten und
führungsrelevanten Themen
- Betreuung eigener Geschäftsbereiche und Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden im gesamten HR Life-Cycle um ein
produktives, wertschätzendes Arbeitsumfeld zu fördern
- Leitung von HR-Projekten und aktive Optimierung von neuen und bestehenden HR-Prozessen wie HR Digitalisierung,
Performance Management, Talent Management, Rekrutierungen
- Erstellung und Analyse von HR relevanten Statistiken, Reports und Präsentationen
- Begleitung von Change Prozessen und Transformationen für ein zukunftsorientiertes Industrieunternehmen
Ihr Profil
- Höhere Weiterbildung im Bereich Personal oder Betriebswirtschaft (HR-Fachausweis oder Bachelor-/Master-Studium)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem industriellen Produktionsunternehmen
- Vertiefte Fachkenntnisse und Erfahrungen in arbeits- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Themen
- Projekt- und Change-Management-Erfahrung
- Organisations- und IT-Flair
- Hohes Engagement und hoher Qualitätsanspruch
- Selbständige, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamplayer mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Stilsicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
