The Data & Process Excellence Manager ensures the integrity, reliability, and transparency of quality‐relevant data
across the Endress+Hauser Group. The role leads strategic quality IT initiatives, applies advanced analytics, enables
global stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement through SCRUM and Lean Six Sigma excellence.
Which tasks will you perform?
- Ensure high data quality and integrity by governing qualityrelevant data, dashboards, and databases, validating data
plausibility, and driving continuous improvement measures.
- Lead qualityrelated IT and digitalization initiatives as SCRUM Product Owner or Project Manager, managing scope,
backlogs, sprints, risks, governance, and documentation.
- Perform advanced data analytics to assess global quality performance and derive actionable insights, including OKRs,
performance indicators, and customer experience (CX) metrics.
- Drive process excellence and change enablement by consulting, coaching, and guiding global process managers,
facilitating workshops, and running continuous improvement programs.
- Own and maintain Corporate Quality Standards and actively colead the Traceability Board to ensure compliance and
transparency across the organization.
- Promote Lean Six Sigma excellence by supporting and coaching Quality Lean Managers and delivering training,
workshops, and coaching sessions globally.
What do we expect from you?
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, combined with a structured, solutionoriented mindset.
- Several years (6–8) of relevant experience in complex, international, or matrix organizations.
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Certified SCRUM Master, experienced in agile delivery and crossfunctional collaboration
