At Endress+Hauser, progress happens by working together. As the global leader in measurement instrumentation, our more
than 18,000 employees shape the future of process automation. Whether developing and realizing new technologies as a
team, collaborating to build instrumentation, or strengthening relationships with global industries, we create trusted
connections that help everyone thrive. As a family-owned company, we look beyond short-term results and pursue a
forward-thinking vision for our people, our customers, and the world at large.

We are looking for a Global Finance Business Partner (f/m/d) – FP&A and Performance Controlling to join our Group
Headquarters in Reinach/BL. In this influential role, you will shape Group-wide planning and management reporting,
provide financial decision support to senior stakeholders, and help harmonize controlling standards across our
    international organization.

    What is the role about?

Are you passionate about turning complex financial information into clear recommendations for senior decision-makers?
Do you enjoy connecting Group-wide planning, performance reporting, and cost accounting across a decentralized
organization? Would you like to drive the transformation of management accounting while partnering with finance teams
    around the world?

Reporting to the Director Global & PC Controlling, you will serve as a central point of contact for Group-level
planning, consolidation, and performance reporting to the Executive Board and Supervisory Board. As Finance Business
Partner to the Group CTO, you will also provide financial insight and decision support on Product Center topics.
Working closely with the Global Finance Business Partner, you will lead Group-level activities while ensuring effective
cross-coverage for selected Product Center responsibilities.

    Which tasks will you perform?

    You will:

    - Lead Group-wide planning and forecasting activities, including the consolidation and reporting of rolling forecasts
for Operations Reviews, year-end meetings, Executive Board and Supervisory Board reporting. You will coordinate
    timelines, instructions and submission quality
    - Deliver high-quality Group management reporting, including the monthly Executive Board reporting package, facts and
figures, quick forecasts, annual Cost of Sales reporting, and selected reporting obligations to government bodies and
    trade associations
    - Drive consistent Cost of Sales and standard costing practices by acting as the department’s subject-matter expert,
partnering with Production and local controllers on methodology, costing questions, variance analysis, and Group-wide
    harmonization
    - Provide actionable performance insights through e.g. margin analysis, profit elimination calculations, working
capital reviews, currency exposure analysis etc. You will act as a first point of contact for Production finance teams
on FP&A, planning, costing, and performance-related questions
    - Shape the transformation of Group controlling by leading the implementation of the Group Management Accounting tool
and promoting harmonized management accounting and Cost of Sales practices across the Group
    - Coordinate key Group finance activities, including incentive calculations, year-end transfer pricing topics, and
contributions to the Corporate Risk Map process. You will also provide backup coverage for CAPEX reporting, analytics
and dashboards, and month-end closing activities when required

What do we expect from you?

    You:

    - Hold a university degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline,
ideally at master’s level, and bring at least ten years of progressive experience in Group or corporate finance
    business partnering
    - Have a strong understanding of planning, consolidation, IFRS or local GAAP, Group management reporting, Cost of
Sales methodology, and standard costing, ideally gained in an industrial, decentralized, multi-entity, or matrix
    organization
    - Combine excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights
and recommendations for senior stakeholders, including Executive Board-level audiences
    - Bring advanced Excel capabilities and hands-on experience with BI and analytics solutions such as Power BI, Tableau,
or comparable tools, together with an interest in AI-supported reporting and analytics
    - Have experience with SAP Business Warehouse or comparable data warehouse solutions and consolidation tools such as
SAP BPC or SAP BFC; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
    - Communicate fluently in English (written and spoken), with German considered an advantage, and are able to influence
stakeholders without direct authority across an international and decentralized organization. You are willing to travel
internationally for up to 20% of your working time

What can you expect from us?

    - We are a family-owned, highly committed company with a long-term and sustainable vision
    - You will take on a visible Group-level position with exposure to senior decision-makers and international finance
    teams
    - You will have the opportunity to shape Group-wide FP&A, performance management, and management accounting practices
    - We promote lifelong learning through versatile training and development opportunities, internal knowledge transfer,
    and digital learning formats
    - You will work in an international and collaborative environment in which professional expertise, initiative, and

    - We support flexible ways of working and employee well-being through the benefits and working arrangements available
