We are looking for a Head of Supply Chain Coordination & Replenishment (100%) to join us and strengthen material
availability for our production plants in Switzerland and France by connecting people, data, and suppliers in a
practical, hands-on way.

If so, you will thrive in this role based at our headquarters in Reinach, BL. You will take end‐to‐end responsibility
for replenishment across our European supply chain, leading a dedicated team to optimise inventory levels, supplier
performance, and replenishment processes. With your team you will ensure material availability, stable production, and
on‐time delivery to our customers.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
- lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain Coordination team (9 employees).
- ensure optimal material availability for our production plants in Switzerland and France by coordinating timely and
accurate component deliveries.
- drive supplier delivery performance and foster continuous improvement in supply stability.
- anticipate supply risks and collaborate closely with Procurement, suppliers, logistics service providers, and
production to resolve issues.
- manage or support escalations in case of critical material shortages.
- lead or contribute to improvement projects in replenishment processes, digital tools and the further development of
supply chain standards and KPIs across the organization.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering,
or a related field and bring several years of experience in replenishment, material planning, or operational supply
chain roles.
- have strong knowledge of inventory management principles and planning parameters, combined with experience in ERP
and planning systems (SAP MM/PP; GIB is a plus).
- work in a hands-on, detail-oriented way and use strong analytical skills to make sound decisions. communicate
clearly and work confidently with different stakeholders, from shopfloor to suppliers. bring proven leadership
experience or clear leadership potential, with the ability to guide, develop, and inspire a team.
- are resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic and demanding environment and are fluent in German
and English; French is an advantage.
