We are looking for a Solution Business Manager to join our Group and drive the growth and performance of our solutions
business across assigned Sales Centers. In this strategic role within the Solution Business Center Europe, you will
develop and execute strategic business plans, support sales and project pursuit, and enhance operational efficiency
across all business functions.
What is the role about?
Do you enjoy shaping business strategies that create real impact? Are you motivated to support complex sales processes
and bring innovative solutions to customers? This role combines strategic thinking with operational execution, working
closely with Sales Centers and the Solution Business Center in a corporate function based in Reinach, Switzerland.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
- Develop and implement robust solutions business plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders aligned with the
global strategy
- Drive and monitor the execution of the solutions business strategy across Sales Centers by defining initiatives and
performance indicators
- Provide strategic guidance and coaching to support the development of Sales Center structures and processes
- Support complex sales activities by contributing to business development, project pursuit, and customer solution
consulting
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practices across international teams
- Ensure compliance with company values, Code of Conduct, and health, safety, and environmental standards
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, chemical engineering, process engineering or process automation; Master’s
degree is preferred.
- Bring 10-15 years of relevant experience in technical or commercial roles
- Demonstrate the ability to implement strategies and achieve measurable business results
- Work in a structured and self-driven way with a strong solution-oriented mindset
- Understand and value cultural diversity and collaborate successfully in a global environment
- Possess very good business English skills (written and spoken) and communicate effectively with diverse audiences,
including top management.
- Bring knowledge of process automation or industrial solutions and show willingness to travel
