At Endress+Hauser, progress happens through collaboration. As a global leader in measurement instrumentation, our
approximately 17,000 employees shape the future of process automation. Whether it’s innovating and implementing new
technologies as a team, collaborating on the development of new devices, or strengthening important relationships with
various global industries, our work is based on building trusted partnerships that help everyone succeed. As a
family-owned company, we look beyond short-term goals and work toward creating a forward-looking vision for our
employees, our customers, and the world as a whole.
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager in Facility Management (m/f/d) to join our Facility Management team at
our Reinach site and help further develop a sustainable, modern, and future-oriented infrastructure.
What is this position about?
Would you like to independently manage demanding technical projects? Are you motivated to actively contribute to the
Energy Strategy 2030+ at our campus? Do you enjoy bringing together different stakeholders and implementing solutions
collaboratively? Then in this role, you will actively shape our building services engineering and drive projects that
have a direct impact on a sustainable and efficient working environment.
What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- take overall responsibility for small to medium-sized projects (0.1–10 million) in the field of facility management
at the Reinach site, ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs are met.
- focus on complex building services engineering projects and actively drive and further develop the implementation of
the Energy Strategy 2030+ measures.
- lead and coordinate internal as well as external planners and contractors, implement strategic guidelines
operationally, and, if required, actively take part in site management yourself.
- act as an interface to various business units, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- contribute your expertise in building services systems and provide targeted support to colleagues in operations and
maintenance.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- have completed vocational training in building services engineering (building automation or HVAC) with further
training as a building services technician (HF/FH) or equivalent, and are familiar with SIA standards.
- have several years of experience in technically demanding projects in an industrial environment and ideally hold a
project management certification (IPMA Level C).
- ideally bring knowledge of CAD tools and the building management platform DesigoCC.
- are fluent in German (spoken and written); English skills are an advantage.
- think conceptually, act in a solution-oriented manner, and communicate clearly and convincingly.
- enjoy working in a team and are motivated to make a difference together with others.
What can you expect from us?
- We are a family-owned company with strong commitment and a sustainable vision.
- We promote lifelong learning through diverse training and development opportunities, internal knowledge sharing, and
e-learning.
- We support your work-life balance with flexible working hours.
- We offer support for sustainable mobility solutions such as public transportation.
- We provide family-friendly conditions, including childcare options.
