    In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to drive product differentiation within our Direct Fastening
    portfolio through cutting-edge solutions, building codework, approvals, and technical consulting, all while upholding
    Hilti AG's high standards of excellence.

    What You'll do

    Obtain and maintain local and international approvals and certifications for our Direct Fastening portfolio.
    Create, release, and update technical data for Direct Fastening systems, aligning global standards with local
    requirements.
    Provide technical support and consulting to Hilti organizations worldwide, addressing customer inquiries and
    applications.
    Lead development and implementation of innovative hardware and software solutions based on strategic and operational
    needs.

    What You’ll Bring

    Hold a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
    Bring 3+ years of experience in design, construction, research, or similar areas—ideally with fastening systems.
    Apply strong knowledge of local and international building codes and product approvals.
    Collaborate effectively with diverse international stakeholders using excellent communication skills.
    Communicate fluently in English; German is a plus.
