Global Customs Expertise with Impact: Shape Processes and Drive Trade Compliance Globally.

What You'll do
In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure that all Hilti entities and functions globally conduct their
activities in line with applicable customs, sanctions, and export control regulations, as well as Hilti’s internal
compliance policies. You will coordinate the local implementation of Hilti’s global trade compliance framework across
our regional organizations, contributing to governance responsibilities under the lead business structures. You will
also provide expert guidance and training to ensure proper understanding and execution of compliance requirements
across all levels.
What You’ll Bring
'- Master’s degree in logistics, international trade, Industrial Engineering, law or a related field
- Proven experience in customs or global trade compliance, ideally in a B2B environment; familiarity with Swiss, EU,
and US export control laws is preferred
- Experience working with legal, procurement, or audit functions; skilled in building governance and risk management
frameworks
- Proficient in MIC trade compliance software and SAP S/4HANA
- Good English and German skills; strong communicator with a passion for cross-functional collaboration and continuous
improvement
- Proven project management experience in a cross-functional and global setting
