What you contribute
- Strong ability to interpret architects’ project concepts and translate them into practical, executable technical
solutions.
- Strong expertise in standards and regulations, with the ability to transfer knowledge and provide guidance for
project execution.
- Acting as the technical key connector between client, architect, contractor, and team members.
What sets you apart
- Fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
- Knowledge of French and German is an asset.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred, especially in construction or architecture-related
fields.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, delivering precise drawings while independently solving design challenges and ensuring
technical accuracy.
