As the Quality Engineer, you will support assembly operations and play an active role in managing customer and
supplier complaints. You will coordinate all quality-related activities within your area of responsibility, including
complaint management, problem-solving initiatives, and internal quality processes, to ensure achievement of defined
quality targets.
Your responsibilities will be to:

Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer relations and effective complaint management

Proactively address supplier quality issues impacting assembly operations and ensuring timely containment actions

Coordinate PPAP submissions and ensure full compliance with customer and internal quality requirements

Support change management process
-
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive robust corrective and preventive actions
-
Support production teams in scrap reduction initiatives, process efficiency improvement and maintain quality standards
on assembly lines
Our requirements:
-
Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field

Ideally 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position; motivated fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

Solid knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), using quality tools such as 8D, PDCA,
5 Why, and Ishikawa diagrams

Technical background in mechanics, plastics, electronics is considered an asset
-
Previous experience in process automation and digitalization from a quality perspective is considered an advantage
(e.g. use of AI solutions, vision systems)

Strong customer relationship management skills with ability to handle escalated situations effectively

Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills, capable of dealing with pressure
and adversity

Highly team-oriented profile with good coordination and collaboration skills

Proficiency in French and English, knowledge of German is considered a plus
