    Product Manager – Airborne Sensors (f/m/d)

    This appeals to you

    - Responsibility for airborne sensors & solutions that consist of LiDAR, imagery and inertial technologies
    - Evaluate customer needs in the geospatial market, define new mapping solutions and assess the business case
    - Define and prioritize requirements and improvements for new and existing products (hardware & software)
    - Influence critical product trade-offs that impact schedule, usability, differentiation, and more
    - Closely collaborate with other product managers globally to align product requirements and define the best overall
    solution
    - Represent the customer’s voice in interdisciplinary projects from the business plan to the product release
    - As a product champion you understand the application domain, analyze customer feedback & competitive trends and
    collaborate with technical teams to define the product roadmap
    - interact globally with customers, partners, sales, support teams and promote the solutions during conferences
    - Support and manage the life cycle of existing products until the phase-out
    - Assess new applications and justify their business potential
    - Define products plans, contribute to roadmaps and communicate vision & goals

    This is you

    - Proven track record as a product manager with at least five years of experience in developing and marketing complex
    technical systems (hardware & software), as well as requirement gathering methodologies
    - University degree in engineering or physical science with solid practical experience
    - Knowledge in geospatial, imaging and Lidar applications is an advantage
    - Strong analytical abilities with attention to details, but entrepreneurial to balance details, technical solutions
    and business value into an optimal solution for the customer
    - Clear in defining & explaining goals and transparent in drawing conclusions
    - Excellent skill to negotiate compromises for complex technical solutions in an interdisciplinary environment
    - Self-driven, creative to explore new solutions while managing risks, curious to continuously learn
    - Hands-on team player with excellent listening, interpersonal and communication skills in English and German
    - Up to 30% travel might be required
