Your Tasks
- Lead and execute a strategic digital aircraft development program, ensuring schedules, cost control, risk mitigation
and on-time delivery
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, Engineering and Business Aviation within a matrix organization
- Align closely with the Digital Aircraft Manager, Digital Aircraft Functional Managers and Digital Product Manager to
ensure requirements and customer needs are met
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to maintain clear scope, objectives and deliverables
- Monitor program performance, managing progress, budget, risks and governance, including Steering Committee reporting
- Prepare financial inputs for strategic decisions like pricing and coordinate legal as well as contractual
requirements
With this you convince us
- University degree in Engineering, IT, Aviation or a related technical field, with strong expertise in project or
program management within aviation
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, with solid knowledge of processes and
implementation practices
- Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and integrate digital technologies
- Strong communication skills in English C1 level and presentation skills, with the ability to report effectively to
senior stakeholders
- Highly organized, proactive and reliable
- Strong planning, coordination and prioritization skills
