Your Tasks
- Establish a Project Management Organisation within GOV Customer Support
- Focus on governance, standards, performance reporting, strategic alignment and prioritization throughout the
organization
- Drive strategic development of the department by designing concepts that enhance scalability and foster continuous
improvement
- Lead cross-functional Customer Support Projects in collaboration with Team Leaders and Regional Managers
- Support the Director in prioritizing departmental tasks, allocating resources and managing ongoing initiatives
- Coordinate and oversee Project Status reviews within the department
With this you convince us
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (BSc) or an equivalent professional qualification in engineering, business, or a related
technical or commercial field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the aviation sector; customer service and government exposure preferred
- Fluent English skills, German would be an advantage
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Open-minded, innovative, and solutions-oriented approach
