Product Manager AutomationYour Tasks
- Take an active role in technical sales, supporting the global sales organization in value?based selling, solution
definition, and technical?commercial clarification in complex customer-specific automation and system projects
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for automation systems towards the fully automated
spinning mill
- Identify market trends and customer requirements and translate them into competitive automation solutions
- Conduct and maintain market and competitor analyses to support portfolio and investment decisions
- Act as Product Owner (PLM) for automation products, engineered solutions, spare parts, and repair offerings across
the full lifecycle
- Ensure close collaboration with R&D, engineering, operations, sales, and service to deliver customer?focused
solutions
Your Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, product management, or solution engineering for automation
systems ( AGVs, cobots, palletizing solutions)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Experience in the textile industry is an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams
- Willingness for global travel
- Openess to other cultures
- Fluent in English and German
