Mission/Position Headline
As a Cybersecurity Manager (IT/OT), you drive cybersecurity across the IT and Operational Technology (OT) landscape
and help protect the infrastructure, systems, and services that support SI Buildings Technology Unit (TU) products.
In this role, you work across IT, OT, and business functions to strengthen secure operations, resilience, and
regulatory compliance in critical environments. In a highly collaborative setting, you help shape cybersecurity
practices that support business needs and long-term operational stability.
Your new responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Define, implement, and continuously evolve IT/OT cybersecurity strategies across the
organization, aligning initiatives with enterprise information security objectives and collaborating closely with
Information Security Officers (ISO), OT security leads, and central cybersecurity functions
- IT/OT Security Operations & Architecture : Oversee the protection of IT, IoT, and OT systems, networks, and
applications by ensuring the implementation of secure-by-design architectures, strengthening security controls, and
supporting resilient infrastructure operations
- Asset Protection & Visibility : Ensure visibility and inventory of IT and OT assets, drive asset classification and
criticality assessments to prioritize protection efforts, and support integration with IT Asset Management processes
- Regulatory & Market Alignment : Monitor evolving cybersecurity regulations affecting IT and OT environments,
translate requirements into operational controls and guidelines, and represent the organization in relevant
cybersecurity, IT, and OT governance forums when applicable
- Incident Response & Vulnerability Management : Coordinate IT and OT incident response in alignment with central
incident management teams, ensure vulnerability management processes are in place across the organization, and drive
post-incident analysis and continuous improvement of detection and response capabilities
- Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination : Act as the key cybersecurity contact for IT, OT engineering, operations, and
business teams, coordinate with central IT, cloud, and digitalization functions to ensure secure integration, and
support customer engagements on IT and OT cybersecurity topics
- Awareness & Capability Building : Promote cybersecurity awareness across IT and OT teams through targeted training
on operational risks, and support the development of secure operating procedures and playbooks for IT and OT
environments
Your talents and experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field
- Experienced in cybersecurity roles across IT/OT security domains (i.e. network security, cloud security, enterprise
IT security, identity and access management, etc.)
- Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory landscapes (e.g., ISO27001, NIS2,
IEC 62443, CRA, ...)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence collaborators at all levels
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, etc. are a plus
- Ability to work multi-functionally in a global matrix organization
- Proficient in English
