HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
- Configure and customize CWS applications according to customer requirements and product standards
- Create and maintain project documentation, including system descriptions, interface specifications, user manuals,
and release notes
- Coordinate and track system engineering activities with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure technical consistency, system integration, and compliance with project requirements
- Support commissioning activities, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution both remotely and on-site
- Monitor operational systems, analyze incidents, and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Contribute to bid and tender activities, product improvement initiatives, and the continuous optimization of
engineering processes and tools
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering, systems, or technical project environment
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles and software-based systems
- Structured, solution-oriented, and hands-on working style with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong willingness to learn and thrive in a complex engineering environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in German and English, with willingness to travel (approx. 20–40%)
