    Could you be the full-time Material Planner in Zurich we’re looking for?

    Your future role

    You’ll report Pierre Liebich, Team Leader Supply Chain Services located in Zurich, and work alongside passionate,
    motivated and dedicated teammates.

    We’ll look to you for:

    - Capture customer demand and place purchase order at the right time in our ERP
    - Analyse the missing pieces, define the root causes and put in place the necessary action plans
    - Working closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure materials are delivered in time and quality to the
    right location
    - Resolve receiving issues, track missing parts and ensure non-conformities replacement
    - Coordination with the suppliers (internal & external) in case of emergencies: revision change, broken parts, lost
    parts
    - Creation and follow-up of material master data
    - Ensure the payment of the supplier on time (resolve and validate invoices)

    we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

    - At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Material Planning or Procurement or Supply Chain Management
    - Fluent in English and German
    - Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and other MS office applications
    - Knowledge in SAP module MM, SD, WM (article configuration, Purchase order management)
