    Could you be the full-time Product Manager Driver Advisory Systems in Zurich, Switzerland we’re looking for?


    Your future role
    Take on a new challenge and apply your green mobility expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Head of
    “Green Mobility Innovation” business nursery at Alstom Group, and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated
    teammates.
    Day-to-day, you’ll select and promote existing solutions to pretender and tender projects, as well shape the roadmap
    and portfolio of future Driver Advisory Systems, in line with on-board train control and wayside solutions.
    You’ll specifically develop and present marketing promotion material (product sheets, presentations, white papers,
    reference lists).


    We’ll look to you for:
    • Collecting and maintaining key requirements (incl. legal, standards, market/customers)
    • Defining Reference solutions
    • Benchmarking vs. competitors and suppliers solutions, defining differentiation strategy and evaluate development
    needs
    • Creating and aligning a multigeneration and convergence roadmap for Alstoms Driver Advisory Systems products
    • Developing product and tender documentation and validating sales and pricing model, incl. new subscription based
    licensing.
    • Actively identify, prioritise and drive commercial opportunities with regional marketing and sales
    • Supporting key projects from pre-tender to tender and project execution phase, with solution definition and costing,
    performance and value tracking
    • Representing Alstom in the relevant global standardization committee/working groups, ie. UIC SFERA.

    • Degree in Engineering, Physics or Business Development
    • Experience in energy efficient train operations as well as international standardization work
    • Minimum 5 years experience in rail industry
    • Familiarity with railway operations, rolling stock design concepts and train control
    • Balanced strategic vision and results driven
    • Able to specify and define solutions from multiples and various requirements
    • Ability to build a strong network of contacts across the business.
    • Organizational agility in a matrix environment
    • Conflict Management and multitasking
    • Interpersonal skills (teamwork and leadership)
    • Proactive leadership
