    for coordinating entrepreneurial activities and pooling resources for our joint success. You are guaranteed never to

    Your new responsibilities:

    - Lead and manage strategic media relations plan to position Siemens Regional Solutions and Services business unit as
    a partner of choice in relevant global industry media.
    - Create approved media-facing content (including press releases, one-pagers, factsheets, Q&As)
    - Develop and maintain a single source of RSS press information for Siemens global communications, to ensure
    consistent and up-to-date messaging
    - Develop relationships with key journalists, publications and industry associations to position Siemens RSS topics
    and key executives in industry media and outlets
    - Liaise with global/regional Siemens communications and media relations teams to ensure consistent messaging for RSS
    topics across company-wide communications
    - Plan, execute and brief for RSS media events (and RSS contributions to Siemens media events) including, where
    appropriate, press trips and media roundtables
    - Position the business unit’s CEO as key executive and up to 2 additional executives as thought leaders in relevant
    subject areas, developing thought leadership content (including bylines, articles/blogs, Q&As and online content)
    - Create, manage and brief for thought leadership opportunities (including webinars, podcasts, event speaking
    opportunities and digital events)
    - Liaise with Siemens’ corporate media relations team to position, where appropriate, key RSS executives and topics in
    global news and business media
    - Support communications around key verticals related to the business through media and thought leadership positioning

    Your past experiences and Talents:

    - University degree in communications, political science, economics, or similar fields, or have equivalent proven
    experience/knowledge
    - Comprehensive understanding of what thought leadership entails and how to drive it on a business level
    - Growth mindset, with a focus on continuous learning and development
    - Interested in understanding business goals, models, products and services
    - Excellent written skills and the ability to simplify sophisticated topics into easy-to-understand stories
    - Experience in crafting and driving thought leadership projects and strategies at international companies or PR
    agencies
    - Strong strategic thinking, solution-oriented, have a can-do attitude and possess outstanding communication skills
    - Resilient personality, driven to challenge the status quo. Patient and agile in the face of resistance, and able to
    influence with compelling and convincing perspectives
    - English business proficiency is required. Additional languages are a plus
