    As a Customer Support Specialist in Traction Service you will provide support to our customers worldwide and drive
    efficient services with regards to spare parts delivery. Our goal is to be recognized as a valuable partner for our
    traction products throughout their entire life cycle. The key to success is reliable and customer-oriented project

    Your responsibilities

    - Contact person for (inter)national customers with regards to consignment stock, repairs or exchange of spare parts
    with the aim of ensuring high customer satisfaction
    - Elaborate quotations, including pricing and delivery dates
    - Responsible for order processing, especially for setting-up and monitoring deadlines and handling of deliveries
    - Ensure continuous and timely availability of materials at the customer's site
    - Manage interfaces with customers, project management, production planning, repair center, field service and
    procurement
    - Contribute to the continuous improvement process
    - Assist with dunning process

    Your background

    - Degree in the administrative field, combined with solid experience in project management or basic technical
    apprenticeship with further training in business administration
    - Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing, logistics or a similar field
    - Good knowledge of SAP (MM/SD) and MS Office
    - Committed, responsible and independent team player
    - Structured and well-organised working style with the ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
    - High customer and service orientation
    - Fluent in German and English both oral and written, other languages are an advantage
