    for a motivated team player for the field of vehicle control technology within the ABB Traction Division in
    Turgi/Switzerland. If you enjoy realizing projects from specification to implementation to commissioning on the
    vehicle, then this is your challenge as a control technology system engineer.

    This position reports to

    Engineering Manager

    Your responsibilities

    - Assistance in analyzing and cleaning up customer requirements as well as conceptual design of the vehicle control
    system (TCMS hardware and software)
    - Assistance in the specification of the interfaces to subsystems including technical coordination with suppliers
    - Carrying out system analyses, concept studies and feasibility studies
    - Creation of vehicle software
    - Verification and validation of vehicle software
    - Support of initial commissioning and vehicle type tests
    - Support in the preparation of homologation documents

    Your background

    - Completed studies as an electrical engineer, computer scientist (university or university of applied sciences) or
    comparable training
    - University graduates or already with experience in the TCMS area
    - Good knowledge of software and systems engineering
    - Good written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
    - Committed and communicative team player with structured work style and willingness to travel for short business trips
