    Internet of Things (IIoT), digitalization, digital communication, integration, plant asset management, and digital

    Role + Challenge

    - Collaborating closely with stakeholders and customers to understand market needs and quantify customer value
    - Steering the Scrum Team for drivers of our measurement devices: Planning, development, and delivery
    - Backlog management: Creating and prioritizing based on customer requirements and objectives
    - Translating requirements into user stories
    - Stakeholder management and coordination with the development team: Regular meetings with the Change Control Boards
    of our hardware development departments to synchronize time management and resources
    - Developing and actively managing understanding of requirements and expectations
    - Transparent communication in all directions and conflict management if necessary
    - Quality responsibility: Ensuring product quality and performance
    - Adapting to market needs and customer feedback

    Qualification + Profile

    - A master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
    - Experience as a Product Owner in software development (career changers also welcome)
    - In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and a successful track record in product management
    - Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to creatively solve complex problems
    - Software affinity and understanding of complex technical requirements
    - Excellent communication skills for collaboration with software developers and stakeholders
    - Customer interaction experience and strong customer orientation
    - Persistence for long-term projects
    - Fluency in English, both written and spoken
