    About the job

    As Brand Communication & Media Specialist you coordinate and support the implementation of the communication and media
    strategy towards the key markets.
    You understand the market needs from a consumer and customer perspective, working with the other members of the
    Central Marketing team to ensure that centrally developed communication assets fit to our local market activation needs.

    In this position you report to the Head of Advertising & Communication and you are located at headquarter of Franke
    Home Solutions in Aarburg/Switzerland.

    Your responsibility

    - You cooperate strongly with the Central Advertising and Communication team to develop and execute the communication
    strategy, with focus on media planning, Media KPIs definition and monitoring
    - You coordinate the selected media partner agency, including managing and optimizing the assigned marketing budget
    - You act as a Brand ambassador, building and defending the brand equity and making sure the guidelines are respected
    - You benchmark the competitors and collect relevant insights and trends to develop unique, differentiated, and
    relevant media campaigns
    - You revise campaigns content (visual assets and copy) to ensure media campaigns run with valid and effective content
    - You share best practices with the global marketing community

    Your profile

    - Bachelor or Master’s degree in Communication or Marketing
    - At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Media Planning and measuring, offline and online
    - Passion and experience in communication, digital and social media marketing, public relations
    - Good writing and editing know-how
    - Analytic approach
    - Results orientation
    - Effective communicator and strong customer and consumer orientation
    - Capability of getting things executed and natural open mindset to new ideas
    - Writing and speaking excellent English
    - Writing and speaking Italian, German or French languages is considered a plus
    - Open to international travel (approx. 10%)
